Security Policy and Responsible Disclosure

We take the security of our network and services seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability or issue that may impact our infrastructure or users, we strongly encourage responsible disclosure and appreciate your help in reporting it.

How to Report

• Email: security@panascais.net
• Encryption: PGP Key for secure communication
• Preferred Languages: English (en), Icelandic (is), German (de), Portuguese (pt)

Please include as much detail as possible in your report, such as affected systems or services, steps to reproduce the issue, logs, or screenshots if applicable.

What to Expect

• We will acknowledge your report promptly after receipt.
• We will investigate the issue and provide updates throughout the resolution process.
• We ask that you do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have resolved or mitigated it.
